airspace

airspace
1) The space that lies above a state's land and sea territory and is subject to its exclusive jurisdiction.
2) The space above a piece of land. The owner of the land is entitled to the ownership and possession of the airspace above the land. This is not exclusive, however, and is limited by the reasonable and necessary use of that airspace by any neighbours as well as for the flight of aircraft.
